AMC has released the first look at the upcoming Season 7 of their popular television series The Walking Dead in the form of a poster and image.

The image, which was debuted by EW, features Jeffrey Dean Morgan‘s Negan, who entered the series at the end of Season 6 as its new villain, holding his beloved barbed-wire-wrapped baseball bat Lucille. He’s pointing it at his intended victims — Rick and his group, who are the subject of the new poster. The poster shows Rick and company on their knees in front of Negan, awaiting their fate as the new baddie decides which of them he will kill.

Now, you can see in the photo that Lucille doesn’t have any blood on it, yet in the Season 6 finale, Negan had already started bashing someone’s head in. While we know that Season 7 will pick up right where Season 6 left off and, according to EW, will reveal the victim, it’s likely the episode will flashback to just before the attack.

Regarding the poster, it will appear in banner ads around San Diego Comic-Con from July 21-24, and shows series stars Steven Yeun (Glenn), Christian Serratos (Rosita), Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon), Danai Gurira (Michonne), Michael Cudlitz (Abraham), Lauren Cohan (Maggie), Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Negan), Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes), Sonequa Martin-Green (Sasha), Ross Marquand (Aaron), Chandler Riggs (Carl), and Josh McDermitt (Eugene).

The Walking Dead panel will be on Friday, July 22 at 1PM PT in Hall H. This year, AMC will once again have a Walking Dead-themed booth on the convention floor, and this time around, fans can visit Booth #4237 to take photos of themselves in Negan’s infamous victim lineup.

The Walking Dead returns to AMC with the Season 7 premiere in October 2016, while the Season 6 DVD and Blu-ray will be released August 23, 2016.
