Walt Disney Studios has released a new set of character posters for the live-action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. Directed by Bill Condon, the film stars Emma Watson as Belle and Dan Stevens as both the Prince and the Beast.
In addition to the release of the posters, it has also been announced that the studio will drop the final trailer for the film on Monday. Check out the new posters below.
The film also stars Luke Evans as Gaston, Kevin Kline as Maurice, Josh Gad as LeFou, Ewan McGregor as Lumière, Stanley Tucci as Cadenza, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Plumette, Audra McDonald as Garderobe, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, and Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts.
Disney has also released a set of character motion posters via their YouTube page. We won’t post them all, but you can click on the source link below to see them all. We posted our favorites to give you an idea of what these motion posters look like.
Here’s the official plot synopsis:
“Beauty and the Beast” is the fantastic journey of Belle, a bright, beautiful and independent young woman who is taken prisoner by a beast in his castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle’s enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the Beast’s hideous exterior and realize the kind heart and soul of the true Prince within.
Beauty and the Beast opens in theaters on March 17, 2017.
