The Jurassic World sequel will no longer go by a generic numerical title. Instead, the J.A. Bayona-directed film will be called Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
We’ve heard that the film will be more terrifying than any of the previous Jurassic installments. But as the poster indicates, it seems Jurassic World is going to be doing more burning than scaring. But let’s not draw early conclusions from a mere teaser poster. More on the story below.
We know that Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard will return to reprise their respective roles, as will BD Wong and Jeff Goldblum. Newcomers include James Cromwell, Ted Levine, Justice Smith, Geraldine Chaplin, Daniella Pineda, Toby Jones, and Rafe Spall.
The tag on the poster says “Life Finds A Way,” which is what Doctor Ian Malcolm (Goldblum) said in the original Jurassic Park. Of course, he said “uh” first, but I don’t think people would have taken the film seriously if it was the complete quote.
Here’s the official plot synopsis:
With all of the wonder, adventure and thrills synonymous with one of the most popular and successful franchises in cinema history, this all-new motion-picture event sees the return of favorite characters and dinosaurs””along with new breeds more awe-inspiring and terrifying than ever before.
