Broken Lizard’s Super Troopers 2 is just a few months from being released now, believe it or not, and a new red band trailer for the movie has been released.

The sequel follows the troopers and their unorthodox methods as they deal with a border dispute with Canada. You can read more about Super Troopers 2 and watch the new trailer below.

SYNOPSIS:

Everyone’s favorite law enforcement team is back by popular demand with the long anticipated follow up to the cult comedy classic”¦SUPER TROOPERS. When an international border dispute arises between the U.S. and Canada, the Super Troopers- Mac, Thorny, Foster, Rabbit and Farva, are called in to set up a new Highway Patrol station in the disputed area. Unconventional police work follows, and the result is”¦SUPER TROOPERS 2.

The Broken Lizard team, Jay Chandrasekhar, Kevin Heffernan, Steve Lemme, Paul Soter, and Erik Stolhanske, all wrote and star in the movie, with Chandrasekhar also directing. They’re joined on the cast by Linda Carter, Rob Lowe, Fred Savage, Brian Cox, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Will Sasso, Tyler Labine, and Hayes MacArthur.

Super Troopers 2 is being distributed by Fox Searchlight (which means it’s now a Disney movie *giggle*), and it will be released in theaters on April 20th. Click right here to find more on the movie, including the previously released teaser trailer if you missed it.
