A new trailer for the latest in the Tremors series, titled Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell, has been released online.

The movie is the sixth in the franchise, and follows Burt Gummer (once again played by series star Michael Gross) and his son (played by Jamie Kennedy, reprising his role from Tremors 5: Bloodlines) dealing with Graboids and more in the Great White North.

SYNOPSIS:

Burt Gummer (Michael Gross) and his son Travis Welker (Jamie Kennedy) find themselves up to their ears in Graboids and Ass-Blasters when they head to Canada to investigate a series of deadly giant worm attacks. Arriving at a remote research facility in the arctic tundra, Burt begins to suspect that Graboids are secretly being weaponized, but before he can prove his theory, he is sidelined by Graboid venom. With just 48 hours to live, the only hope is to create an antidote from fresh venom “” but to do that, someone will have to figure out how to milk a Graboid!

In addition to this new movie, a Tremors TV series with original star Kevin Bacon returning is also in the works at SYFY.

Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell will be released on physical and digital home video platforms on May 1st. You can pre-order a copy on Blu-ray or DVD now, if interested.
