Official Trailer For ‘Girl On The Third Floor’ Starring CM Punk Released

Dark Sky Films has released an official trailer for Girl on the Third Floor, an upcoming horror flick starring Phil Brooks, who is better known as CM Punk from his wrestling days. Trieste Kelly Dunn, Sarah Brooks, Elissa Dowling, Karen Woditsch, Travis Delgado, Marshall Bean, and Anish Jethmalani also star.
The movie is the feature directorial debut of Travis Stevens, who has worked primarily as a producer on titles like Cheap Thrills, Jodorowsky’s Dune, Starry Eyes, We Are Still Here, XX, and Big Ass Spider! The movie is based on a story by Paul Johnstone and Ben Parker, with Stevens penning the screenplay.

SYNOPSIS:
Bursting pipes, rotting walls, and unidentifiable slime were not what Don Koch expected when he convinced his wife Liz that he could rehab their new Victorian home himself. In over his head, under duress, and tempted by his old weaknesses, Don soon discovers that the house has its own dark, sordid history and won’t be so easy to renovate after all”¦
The movie had its world premiere at the 2019 SXSW Film Festival as part of the Midnighters lineup. It also recently played FrightFest over in the UK.
This is one of two current horror flicks starring CM Punk, both of which screened at FrightFest. The other is the remake of David Cronenberg’s Rabid, which comes from the Twisted Twins Jen and Sylvia Soska.
Girl on the Third Floor will be released in limited theaters and various video on demand platforms on October 25th.
