The latest Omaze campaign is one that fans of Kevin Smith and his Jay and Silent Bob characters will no doubt be excited about.
The campaign offers fans a chance to hang out with Smith, Jason Mewes, and Shannon Elizabeth—who all starred in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back together in 2001—to re-live some of those early-2000s glory days. You’ll also score VIP access to a screening of the sequel/reboot/remake Jay and Silent Bob Reboot with the cast, and even get to have dinner with Elizabeth. And of course, you’ll be supporting a good cause if you donate.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Wish you could relive the early 2000s? We’ve got just the thing. You and a friend””silent or not””are off to New Orleans for a special screening of Jay and Silent Bob Reboot with the cast and crew. Seriously! First, you’ll join Shannon Elizabeth for dinner, drinks and some awesome stories. Then, you’ll head to the screening to meet up with Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes, get all your questions about the View Askewniverse answered, and snap a photo together to prove this wasn’t just an edible-fueled dream. (Yes, the photo will be 2000s themed, but don’t worry it won’t be taken with a flip phone.) Flights and hotel included!
WHO YOU’LL HELP:
Founded in 2001 by actress Shannon Elizabeth, the Shannon Elizabeth Foundation (formerly Animal Avengers) is focused on initiatives to help combat the poaching crisis and save our wildlife and wild places. Based both in South Africa and the United States, the Foundation uses a collaborative approach. They believe that to protect animals and their environment you must uplift and include the local communities surrounding them. Your donation will help sustain the Foundation’s many initiatives in hopes that no animal must go through life as an orphan ever again.
You can head on over to the Omaze website if interested in donating and grabbing some entries into the sweepstakes.
