Director Tim Burton is set to bring yet another whimsical tale to life with his big-screen adaptation of Ransom Riggs’ novel Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children, coming to theaters this Fall. | Disney’s ‘Splash’ Remake To Star Channing Tatum As The Mermaid
Channing Tatum will star in Disney’s planned remake of Splash, the 1984 comedy starring Tom Hanks as a man who falls in love with a mermaid (Daryl Hannah). But Tatum will not be playing the Tom Hanks role in this new version, according to THR, which reports that that will go to Jillian Bell, his co-star in 22 Jump Street. No, the buff Magic Mike will be the Mermaid this time!

| Netflix’s ‘Gilmore Girls’ First Trailer & Release Date
Netflix has released the first trailer for their Gilmore Girls revival, and has announced the launch date for the new series. Watch the trailer here below, which contains the first footage from the show, which sees the return of Lauren Graham as Lorelai Gilmore and Alexis Bledel as her daughter Rory Gilmore. Titled Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, the revival is set to launch globally on the streaming service on November 25, 2016 at 12:01am PT, and consist of four 90-minute episodes, with each installment meant to be a new season.
