| Fantastic Casting Rumors For ‘The Fantastic Four’ Reboot |

If at first you don’t succeed, reboot, and reboot again. That seems to be Marvel’s approach to recent comic book films that have not turned out so well. Daredevil, Ghost Rider, and Fantastic Four have all been getting reboot talk lately and we now have our first set of proposed casting rumors for the Fantastic Four film.
Screenrant has Adrien Brody (who has also been rumored for the upcoming Ant-Man film) and Jonathan Rhys Meyers both in the running for Reed Richards aka Mr. Fantastic. Meanwhile, Comic Book Movie tells us that Fox has been looking at Kevin Pennington (90210) to play Johnny Storm aka the Human Torch and Amber Heard (Zombieland and Pineapple Express) to play Sue Storm aka the Invisible Woman.

| New ‘Superboy’ Series Takes Flight This November |

In case you hadn’t heard, there’s a new Superboy series coming out this November.
What you see here is the absolutely gorgeous cover to the first issue with art by Rafael Albuquerque (Vertigo’s American Vampire). Click image here at right for full, larger view. The new ongoing series will feature the talents of writer Jeff Lemire and artist Pier Gallo and according to DC’s Source Blog, will take Superboy “on a journey to a side of Smallville not even Superman knows about.” This will be Lemire’s first crack at a monthly superhero book and I’m really interested to see how he handles it.

| All-New Trailer For Disney XD’s ‘The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes’ |

Earlier this year Marvel announced a new Avengers animated series coming to Disney XD this Fall. A new trailer for The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes is now up and it’s sure to leave all you Avengers fans salivating for more.
Watch it here below! In what is no doubt an elaborate entrapment ploy by Marvel, the new animated series will be building excitement and anticipation for the Avengers film coming out in 2012 starring Chris Evans, Samuel L. Jackson, Robert Downey Jr, Jeremy Renner, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, and Scarlett Johansson.
