January 28, 2013 marks the 200th anniversary of the publication of Jane Austen‘s classic novel Pride and Prejudice. The app, which is designed for both iPhone and iPad, is available through the App Store on your device or through iTunes. With this 400-page interactive ebook, which contains hundreds of illustrations and over 200 interactions, you can read both books separately or at the same time! Rovio Entertainment could not have seen their Angry Birds mobile app game catapult itself into the territory that it is in now. There are Angry Birds shirts, towels, toys, and a few special edition games – Star Wars being the most notable one so far – and now a movie. Yes a movie.

And now Despicable Me producer John Cohen has signed on to produce the film, while David Maisel (formerly of Marvel Studios) is on board as an executive producer.
