| Holiday Geek Gift Guide 2014: Video Games
2014 is a year that can only be classified as a down year for video game. With the new console generation launching during holiday season 2013, this year was to be jam-packed with new games for those systems. The problem is, most of the games that were announced for 2014 to help sell the new consoles to excited fans were announced far too soon, leading to many of them being pushed back to 2015. All of that said, there are still plenty of video games to be had or given to friends and family this holiday season. If you continue below, you can find some good suggestions for all of your video game gift buying needs in this year’s Holiday Geek Gift Guide 2014: Video Games!

| Happy Father’s Day From ‘Game Of Thrones’ |

Tonight sees the Season 4 Finale of Game Of Thrones. With today being Father’s Day, HBO has released a special video for the occasion. Aside from Ned Stark and now surprisingly Roose Bolton (who recently legitimized his bastard son Ramsay), the series has seen mainly fathers who are pretty damn terrible: Robert Baratheon, who didn’t even sire the children he basically ignored; Jaime Lannister, who is the baby-daddy, but couldn’t act like it; Walder Frey, who has fathered hordes of children he uses as chess pieces in the game of thrones; Balon Greyjoy, who let his only living son Theon be taken as hostage by his enemies and then denied Theon upon his return home; Tywin Lannister, who is plotting the death of his own son; and of course, everyone’s father, Craster, who weds and beds his own daughters and then sacrifices his infant sons to The White Walkers. Check out the video here below and be extra thankful today that none of these guys is your father.
