The $10 t-shirt deal of the day over at RIPT Apparel is a Big Bang Theory-themed shirt with a nod to House called “Three Geniuses and Howard” by Pixhunter.

The sale at RIPT began today, Saturday, April 21, 20112, at midnight CST, and will continue for 24 hours from then, and once it’s over, it will not be sold on the site anymore.

Last month we wrote about how Star Trek icon Leonard Nimoy would be a guest star on The Big Bang Theory.

Now, Nimoy has tweeted some photos of himself on the set of the CBS sitcom. Check them out here below, along with a promo video for the upcoming episode, which airs this Thursday, March 29 at 8pm ET/PT.

In the episode, titled “The Transporter Malfunction,” Penny (Kaley Cuoco) buys Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Sheldon Star Trek collectibles as a thank-you, and Nimoy voices the Mr. Spock action figure.

Star Trek‘s Leonard Nimoy will make a guest appearance on the CBS series The Big Bang Theory for its March 29 episode.

THR reports that Nimoy, who played the character of Spock in the original 1960’s Star Trek series and its subsequent movies, including JJ Abrams’ 2009 reboot, will voice the role of Spock during a dream sequence where he’ll speak to Sheldon, played by Jim Parsons.

On the series, Sheldon, the most obsessive of his group of young scientist geeks friends, is a big fan of Star Trek and Leonard Nimoy. One of the biggest moments on the show was when Sheldon’s neighbor Penny gifts him a napkin that was used then signed by Nimoy.
