It’s been 78 years since Disney’s animated version of Dumbo hit theaters, and now the studio will be releasing its live-action adaptation of the title of the same name later this March. Like many of their hit live-action adaptations of their animated classics, the film will be slightly different from the original. In it, Circus owner Max Medici (Danny DeVito) enlists former star Holt Farrier (Colin Farrell) and his children Milly (Nico Parker) and Joe (Finley Hobbins) to care for Dumbo, whose talents help the circus make a comeback while also attracting a swindling entrepreneur (Michael Keaton).

Steve McQueen‘s Widows is not just a heist film. It’s a heist film with an empowering message, wrapped with social issues that continue to affect us today. It’s a phenomenal piece of work featuring women of color taking back the power. Though it has familiar heist tropes, Widows has plenty of depth, as well as twists and turns to keep you on the edge of your seat. Check out my full review below.

Disney has released the newest trailer for the live-action adaptation of Dumbo.

Directed by Tim Burton, the re-imagined film sees Colin Farrell as a single father of two children who take it upon themselves to reunite a baby elephant with his mother. Check out the trailer, below.

Walt Disney Pictures has released the first trailer for Dumbo, the next remake of one of their animated classics on the way after the live-action Winnie the Pooh movie, Christopher Robin, is released later this summer. The movie is directed by Tim Burton and stars Colin Farrell, Danny DeVito, Michael Keaton, Eva Green, Nico Parker, and Finley Hobbins.

The first trailer is just a teaser trailer, but it does run over a minute and gives us a good peek at the movie. Basically it looks like Burton remade Dumbo in the same style as his Big Fish, which is easily one of my favorite Burton films.
