
Ever since Conan the Barbarian was first brought to life in 1932 by creator Robert E. Howard the character has endured the many decades since in books, comics, games, several films of varying quality, and on television in live-action and animated form. Conan has achieved great fame and success in every form of popular media short of being turned into a Broadway musical… until now.
Jon and Al Kaplan, the writers and composers of the off-Broadway hit Silence! The Musical, which was inspired by the movie Silence of the Lambs, have composed a rousing little Conan-themed ditty called “Crom!” and have created a video to go with the song comprised of clips from the 1982 Conan the Barbarian film.
