If so, you now have the option to purchase the entire town that was transformed into District 12, the home district of Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson).

The town’s real name is Henry River Mill Village, and it’s located about 70 miles away from Asheville, North Carolina. 83-year-old Wade Sheperd owns the 72-acre property and states that he’s getting far too many visitors to the town with little to no profit coming his way because of it, leading him to the decision to sell the whole thing for just $1.4 million (or around 35,000 easy payments of $39.99!).
