Trailers For ‘Borderlands 3’ and ‘Borderlands’: Game Of The Year Edition Released

It’s been over six years since developer Gearbox Software’s Borderlands 2 was released. Since that time fans of the series have gotten games like Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and Tales from the Borderlands from the now deceased Telltale Games. But when it comes to Borderlands 3, apart from a tech demo early on in development, they’ve been left waiting patiently.
But today that changed. Gearbox livestreamed their presentation from PAX East today, where they shared lots of goodies including an over three-minute trailer for Borderlands 3, a Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition trailer, and a trailer for an Ultra HD texture pack update for Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. You can find these trailers below.

Game Review: We Happy Few

We Happy Few
Xbox One | PlayStation 4
DEVELOPER: Compulsion Games
PUBLISHER: Gearbox Publishing
RELEASE DATE: August 10, 2018
Developer Compulsion Games’ We Happy Few takes place in the 1960s on an island off the coast of England called Wellington Wells. It’s set in an alternate history in which World War II played out much differently. Bad things happened here in Wellington Wells. So bad, in fact, that the island has basically been cut off from the rest of the world.
To help people forget this darkest of times in the history of their home, a drug was created called Joy. It makes everything all sunshine and rainbows for everyone, and helps them to function as semi-normal (at least in their minds) human beings again.

At the 2017 Game Developers Conference, which is currently taking place in San Francisco, Gearbox Software was on hand to give Borderlands fans a little treat: a very early look at Borderlands 3.
Now, it has to be stressed that this is not a look at the actual game. It’s a tech demo showing off some of the things Gearbox is working on in with Unreal Engine 4, which may or may not make it into future game projects. The demo is, however, clearly Borderlands related. So it’s hard not to assume this is at least a tiny, very early peek at how Borderlands 3 is starting to take shape.
