
Like Marvel Studios, Warner Bros would like to release at least two superhero films a year. Last year, the studio released Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad. This year they will be releasing Wonder Woman and Justice League. Next year puts that plan in jeopardy as they only have Aquaman scheduled for release. However, they clearly want to put one of five films into production, so they can keep releasing two a year. While we still don’t know if the film is going to be The Flash, Suicide Squad 2, Dark Universe, Gotham City Sirens, or Green Lantern Corps, there is a rumor that WB wants David Goyer to be the director of one of them.
