HBO had hoped they could continue the success of Game of Thrones by following it up with a prequel series set during “Age of Heroes” and the first ever battle between man and White Walker. Jane Goldman wrote the pilot, which was filmed this past summer.

And while everything looked like it was on its way to a full series order, this latest news says otherwise. New reports confirm that HBO has killed off the Game of Thrones prequel. More on the report below.

Last week, Amazon Prime Video released the title sequence for Good Omens, the upcoming limited television series from showrunner Neil Gaiman, who adapted it from the 1990 book he co-wrote with Terry Pratchett. You can watch that title sequence video here below.

Soon after, it was revealed that Benedict Cumberbatch will be providing the voice of Satan in the series. You can watch the featurette about the casting here below that features Gaiman and series director Douglas MacKinnon.

There is a lot of buzz going around regarding the Amazon Prime Video original series, Good Omens, based on the Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett novel Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch. The end is nigh, but the cast and creators of Good Omens still found the time to chat with New York Comic-Con attendees and share the new trailer for the Amazon Prime original series, which you can watch here below. In attendance for the NYCC panel at Madison Square Garden were stars Michael Sheen (Aziraphale), David Tennant (Crowley), Jon Hamm (Archangel Gabriel) and Miranda Richardson (Madame Tracy), as well as creator and showrunner Neil Gaiman, moderator Whoopi Goldberg, and director Douglas Mackinnon.

Filming has begun in London on Good Omens, the limited television series from Amazon Studios based on the Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett novel Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch, and Gaiman has revealed today the first look at its stars David Tennant and Michael Sheen in character.
