| ‘Jurassic World’ Animated Series ‘Camp Cretaceous’ On The Way
A new animated series titled Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous has been announced by DreamWorks Animation. The show, which is set within the same timeline as 2015’s Jurassic World, is coming to Netflix sometime next year. Executive producers include Jurassic Park director Steven Spielberg and Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow and producer Frank Marshall. | Watch Now: First Trailer For ‘The Dark Crystal: Age Of Resistance’
We first found out about a prequel to Jim Henson‘s 1982 classic The Dark Crystal coming to Netflix two years ago. Now the first trailer for the series, titled The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, has been released online. The prequel alone was already exciting, but the series also features an insane voice cast led by Taron Egerton, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Nathalie Emmanuel, who play three Gelfling heroes named Rian, Brea, and Deet. | ‘Army Of The Dead’: Ella Purnell and More Join Dave Bautista On Cast Of Zack Snyder’s Zombie Heist Flick
Back in January we found out that Watchmen, 300, and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice director Zack Snyder was heading back to the zombie apocalypse with a movie titled Army of the Dead. Snyder is no stranger to the walking dead, having directed the Dawn of the Dead remake in 2004. The first to join the cast of the movie—which will be a zombie heist thriller following a man who, after a zombie outbreak in Vegas, assembles a team to go into a dangerous quarantined area in hopes of scoring a big payday—was Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Endgame, and Spectre star Dave Bautista. And now four more have joined the cast with Ella Purnell, Ana De La Reguera, Theo Rossi, and Huma Qureshi signing on to star.
