Recently, panic struck horror fans when it was revealed that Christian E. Christiansen was being brought in to direct the Dimension Films reboot of the Clive Barker classic, Hellraiser. Christiansen has a reputation for delivering teen-friendly PG-13 horror films, and if you’ve seen Hellraiser, you know that this combination would heed devastating results.

Now it turns out that this panic may have been a bit premature. New reports indicate that it will not be Christiansen directing the project, but that the team of writer Todd Farmer and director Patrick Lussier have in fact been signed on to make things happen.
