The game is set to launch in Summer 2014 and will be available on iOS devises and the Android marketplace.
The game lets players take on the role of a ship captain, just like Captain Mal Reynolds from the show, where they will find a ship, hire a crew, and take on missions so they can keep flying. Players will also be able to customize their ship while they explore the “˜Verse, and will also be able to connect with other players using unique social features. There’s no price information on the game yet, so we’ll just have to wait and see if there will be a one-time price for it or if they will go with a monthly price or go with the freemium model of micro-transactions for in game items.
