I present to you, the video of the year: Benedict Cumberbatch reciting the lyrics to R. Kelly‘s sexually-charged song “Genius.”

The Sherlock star made a guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where R&B singer R. Kelly was also appearing, so to bridge the gap between the two very different performers, host Jimmy Kimmel thought it would be nice to have Cumberbatch do a recitation of Kelly’s song “Genius,” which was pure genius.
