| Official Trailer Released For Wintry Horror ‘The Lodge’ From Directors Of ‘Goodnight Mommy’
NEON has released an official trailer for The Lodge, the latest horror from Austrian writers and directors Veronika Franz and Severin Fiala, who previously wrote and directed 2014’s Goodnight Mommy. The movie follows two kids forced to spend some alone time with the woman their father left their mother for, when all three find themselves trapped in the lodge they’re staying in. It stars Riley Keough, Jaeden Martell (formerly known as Jaeden Lieberher), Lia McHugh, Alicia Silverstone, and Richard Armitage. | ‘Ocean’s 8’: Main Trailer For ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ Spinoff Released
Warner Bros. Pictures has released the official main trailer for Ocean’s 8, a spinoff/sequel to the Ocean’s Eleven trilogy. The movie follows a group of women attempting to pull off a massive heist in New York, led by Sandra Bullock as the sister of Danny Ocean, who was played in the original trilogy by George Clooney. Also starring is Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Awkwafina, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Richard Armitage, and James Corden, with Gary Ross (Pleasantville, The Hunger Games) directing from a script he co-wrote with Olivia Milch (Netflix’s Dude). Warner Bros. Pictures has released the first trailer for Ocean’s 8, a sequel and spinoff to Steven Soderbergh‘s 2001 Ocean’s Eleven remake and its two sequels, Ocean’s Thirteen and Ocean’s Thirteen. The movie stars Sandra Bullock, who we now know is playing the sister of George Clooney’s Danny Ocean character from the previous movies. She’s joined on the cast by Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Awkwafina, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Richard Armitage, and James Corden. Francis Dolarhyde (Richard Armitage) convincingly purges himself from the world and lets the oddly restorative power of flames to begin his hunt again. But in the ashes of that fire, there’s still a spark. You can hear it clicking throughout the episode’s score, like the burner on a stove waiting to be ignited. The real fire hasn’t been snuffed out. Rather, it was just twitching and clicking, waiting to be sparked.
