Abominable
Director: Jill Culton

Cast: Chloe Bennet, Albert Tsai, Tenzing Norgay Trainor, Eddie Izzard, Sarah Paulson, Tsai Chin, Michelle Wong
Distributor: Universal Pictures
Rated PG | Minutes: 97 Minutes
Release Date: September 27, 2019 The DreamWorks Animation and Pearl Studios’ animated feature Abominable may play it too safe and not take any kind of risk as it treads some familiar ground, but it still has as much heart and emotional weight as some of the other releases from its rivals. Still, there is no denying that it is beautifully animated as it makes great use of a wide range of colors and light tones. Blend that with soaring music, and Abominable is something anyone of any age can fully enjoy from start to finish. My review below.

| ‘Bird Box’ Trailer: What Sandra Bullock Can’t See Can’t Kill Her In New Netflix Thriller
Netflix has released the first trailer for Bird Box from director Susanne Bier (The Night Manager), an apocalyptic thriller starring Sandra Bullock. In the film, the world is coming to an end. But there are no zombies. No apes. Not even a flu. But there are aliens. Just not the kind you’d expect to see. This time, these aliens manifest themselves into the onlooker’s greatest fear. And it gets to a point when the person kills themselves. So the only way to survive is to have blindfolds on so you don’t see them. All of that makes for a very interesting take on character survival. Check out the trailer below.
