In 2016, Deadpool burst onto screen and into our hearts, earning a ridiculous $783 million worldwide and proving that Rated-R superhero films can indeed break banks. It’s follow-up, Deadpool 2, was one of the most anticipated films of this year and again topped $700 million worldwide. The very Rated-R superhero sequel about the merc with the mouth and his collection of crazy mutant friends hits stores today in a special appropriately named “Super Duper $@%!#& Cut” Blu-ray Edition packed with special features and a super duper extended cut of the film.

To coincide with the digital release this week of the “Super Duper $@%!#& Cut” edition of Deadpool 2, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment is presenting the “Deadpool and Friends Believe In Your Selfie Museum.”

The Selfie Museum is a limited-run photo-opp pop-up spot located in New York City’s West Village that will offer up 9 distinct photo opps for fans to take with the Merc with a Mouth and his favorite things, like unicorns and rainbows, as well as other X-Force members.

After its theatrical release this May, Deadpool 2 went on to grossed over $300 million in the U.S. and over $730 million worldwide. If none of the money came from you, because you were too damn lazy to see it theaters, then good news”¦ you can watch from the ever-widening hole in your couch starting today, August 7th, as the movie will be available to watch through digital platforms. You can rent or purchase the digital version of the theatrical cut, or the unrated Super Duper $@%!#& Cut, which features 15 extra minutes squeezed in like star Ryan Reynolds in a swanky red suit.

Back in 1990 20th Century Fox released a family friendly comedy titled Home Alone. Perhaps you’ve heard of it. The movie had a budget of $18 million, and went on to bring in over $475 million worldwide. At the time, it became the third highest-grossing movie of all time behind only E.T. and Star Wars. It also became a holiday season classic and spawned multiple sequels.

Because of the original’s success it’s no great surprise that Fox would want to re-use that recipe from time to time. What is a little surprising, however, is the news that they’re now dusting off that recipe for an R-rated stoner comedy re-imagining of Home Alone titled, of course, Stoned Alone. On top of that, they have Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds involved as a producer.

It has been announced that Netflix and Skydance Media are partnering on Six Underground, a movie project from writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.

The movie will star Ryan Reynolds and will be directed by Michael Bay, the first Netflix project for both. It will also see Reynolds re-teaming with his Deadpool, Deadpool 2, and Clue writers Reese and Wernick.
