The town is called Scenic, and it’s located in South Dakota. The woman who currently owns it, Twila Merrill, has unfortunately fallen ill, and is forced to part ways with the town. And if you’re the one to step in as the next owner, you’ll find yourself in possession of a couple of prisons (one still operational; one historic), a giant dance hall with a basketball court, a museum, and, of course, your very own saloon…just to name a few.
