Super Mario Bros. is my favorite video game of all time (tied with Ms. Pac-Man), and even if I’m not actually playing the game, if I hear the music or see a second of gameplay, my ears pop up and I get goosebumps. I spent a lot of hours of my life playing this video game – it doesn’t matter how many times I save the Princess, I still love to play.

So, I was quite excited to watch gameplay for the fan-made Super Modern Mario Bros., which reimagines the classic game with modern-day visual effects and sound.

Last year, Blumasters released the video for their reimagining of Super Mario Bros. Level 1-1; now, they’ve released the video of Level 1-2. You can watch both the videos for both levels here below.
