I mean, it is possible”¦ theoretically. Naturally, we look forward to some more than others. I mean, who doesn’t? So, let’s take a look into the depths of our pull lists, grab some comics, and we’ll let YOU know what the top books to look forward to are for the week of February 19, 2014. Single issues and trades, they’re all here. We’re doing some quick shots this week because while there are a bunch of good books, I’m not super excited about many of them. There are a couple of issues I’m really looking forward to, but not a ton that are stand outs. It’s just kind of a slow week, which is fine. You should still take a look at these fine series that I have selected for you or maybe step out and try something new. I’m not here to boss you around; I’m merely here to offer a few suggestions. I hope you all enjoyed your Super Bowl Sundays, with your pizzas, and your chicken wings, and your yelling obscenities at a screen in the hopes of getting the attention of people who can’t hear you. Of course, the best part of the game was the trailer for Captain America: The Winter Soldier, which looks sweeeeeet. But enough about that, let’s talk about comics. This week’s picks are dominated by a couple of must-own hardcovers, four exciting new series from Marvel, and a few other odds and ends. I mean, it is possible”¦ theoretically. Naturally, we look forward to some more than others. I mean, who doesn’t? So, let’s take a look into the depths of our pull lists, grab some comics, and we’ll let YOU know what the top books to look forward to are for the week of September 4, 2013. Single issues and trades, they’re all here. It’s event madness time in the world of comics this week, with the second issue of Marvel’s Infinity, the launch of DC’s Forever Evil and Villains Month events, and a new X-Men event all coming out this week. Comics companies love crossovers, comic readers say they hate them but buy the crap out of them anyway, so it should come as no surprise that we keep getting them. However, if you don’t like comic stories that force you to buy a bunch of comics you may or may not normally, there’s still plenty of new issues to keep you occupied. Don’t worry, we have something for everyone on this week’s GoD List!
