When it comes to Ninja Turtles movies Shredder is almost always the villain, despite there being plenty of other options to choose from such as Krang, Baxter Stockman, and Rat King. There’s also good henchman options aside from just using members of the Foot, such as Bebop and Rocksteady.

This was no different with the latest take on the characters, the Jonathan Liebesman-directed and Michael Bay-produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles that was released this past August, where William Fichtner played the infamous villain. But some new concept art has found its way online and shows what Krang, Bebop, and Rocksteady might have looked like had they been used in the final movie. There’s also concept art for different versions of the turtles and Shredder than the not-so-popular designs used in the movie.
