- George Takei will guest star starting in January on NBC’s HEROES as time-travelling Star Trek-loving Hiro Nakamura’s father. [Link via Club Jade]
- The teaser trailer for HARRY POTTER AND THE ORDER OF THE PHOENIX will debut online on Monday, November 20th at 12:00 p.m. PST / 3:00 p.m. EST on the official HAPPY FEET site. - Strike Entertainment and Universal Pictures will remake John Carpenter‘s scifi horror movie THE THING, with BATTLESTAR GALACTICA executive producer Ronald D. Moore writing the script. [Link]
- The CW Network has ordered 20 episodes of VERONICA MARS this season, the show’s third for which the network originally committed to 13 episodes. [Link]
