Finally, after a small Internet-only promo spot that was immediately forced down by the MPAA and some footage shown only at Comic-Com in July, we now have ourselves a good old approved red-band trailer for Kevin Smith‘s upcoming Zack and Miri Make A Porno.

Watch it here below! Note, for those of you who don’t know, “red band” means R-rated, so for those of you with youngsters, beware of the foul-language and obvious sexual suggestiveness of the trailer.

Smith had fought long and hard against the MPAA for an R rating for the film and won (see Victory For Kevin Smith In “˜Zack and Miri’ MPAA Battle). Zack and Miri was originally given an NC-17 rating, but after Smith trimmed the film a few times, he was given the R rating he needed (he was contractually obligated to the movie studio to turn in an R-rated movie).

As expected, the movie — starring Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks — looks incredibly graphic, foul-mouthed, and absurdly funny. This trailer gives us a better idea of what the titular porno is about and why they’re making one. For you Star Wars fans, keep your eyes open here for some awesomeness!
