The t-shirt deal of the day over at RIPT Apparel is the Walking Dead-inspired “Zombie Crossing.”
The tee, by artist Matt Dearden, went on sale at RIPT today, Monday, December 20, 2010, at midnight CST, and will continue for 24 hours from then, and once it’s over, it’s gone forever.
The t-shirt is available in men’s and women’s sizes in black for $10 each. Kids sizes are $15 (Boys, Girls, and Toddler, all black); Onesies are $18 (in black). You can also get the design on a Hoodie for $38 (in black in Men/Unisex sizes).
The design is inspired by one of the pivotal moments in The Walking Dead televisions series on AMC, based on the popular comic book by Robert Kirkman.
Here’s what the artist had to say about the design:
This design is inspired by the new show “˜The Walking Dead’, because you never know when you’ll meet a zombie horde at the crosswalk.
Dearden was the mind behind the Futurama “Hypnotoad” design, as well as the Battlestar Galactica/Muppets mashup “Frakking Awful” and Star Wars-themed “Biker Scout Wannabe.” Basically, his stuff is great.
What do you think of this shirt design?
