The HBO series Rome has come up on sale many times, but this latest deal is the lowest I’ve seen the price drop. Rome: The Complete Series Blu-ray Edition is currently selling for $63.99 (that’s 54% off the list price of $139.99).
This 10-disc Blu-ray box set includes all 22 episodes of the HBO series that ran for two seasons and starred Kevin McKidd, Ray Stevenson, Kerry Condon, and Polly Walker.
The Blu-ray edition contains audio commentary by the cast and crew; featurettes on the history of Rome and its famous citizens; behind-the-scenes featurettes on the show’s production; featurettes focusing on the creation of specific scenes; and an interactive historical guide. See list of enhanced Blu-ray features here below.
Enhanced Blu-ray content:
-All Roads Lead to Rome: An in-depth, interactive on-screen guide prepared by the series’ historical consultant, Jonathan Stamp
-Bloodlines: An interactive on-screen guide highlighting the connections between the soldiers, senate, and families of rome
Bonus content:

The DVD is also discounted at $48.99 (that’s 51% off the list price of $99.98).
