As the star of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson continues to grow, he keeps adding new projects to his schedule.
It’s being reported that Johnson is now in negotiations to play none other than Hercules in an adaptation of the Steve Moore Radical Publishing graphic novel Hercules: The Thracian War.
Brett Ratner, the man behind the Rush Hour movies, X-Men: The Last Stand, and the recent Tower Heist, is currently attached to direct the movie, which was adapted by Ryan Condol.
Johnson currently stars in Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, with a return to wrestling at Wrestlemania next up on April 1, G.I. Joe: Retaliation following that on June 29, and then filming of Michael Bay’s Pain and Gain.
