Considering how long it has taken us to get a new James Bond film, you’d think the new teaser poster would be a bit more exciting. But considering that it is just a teaser poster, the limited amount of imagery seen in it, isn’t all that surprising. A new poster for the 23rd installment of James Bond, titled Skyfall, has appeared online. Check out the poster below.
And for any fan of the movies, the imagery is all too familiar. James Bond inside a gun barrel. Or could it represent the London underground tunnels. Without any other details present, we can’t read too much into the poster. It is a teaser poser after all. But the dark tones should be an indication of which direction the film is heading towards. We could get a better picture of what Sam Mendes has been up to all this time when the trailer debuts on Monday, May 21st.
Joining Craig in Skyfall will be Ralph Finnes and Javier Bardem who will play as the villains Bond will be facing. Skyfall will open in U.S. theaters on November 9th.
Here’s the official synopsis for Skyfall.
Bond’s loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.
