On tonight’s Conan, the cold open for the show featured host Conan O’Brien in full Walking Dead-style Walker makeup. The late-night talk show host’s makeup was done by Greg Nicotero, the special effects guru behind the hit AMC television series, The Walking Dead.

TBS has released video of the Conan cold open, which you can watch here below.

O’Brien got into character for tonight’s Walking Dead-themed show where he’s also having the cast of AMC series on for their first-ever late-night talk show interview.

The show is airing right now EST on TBS, but will be rerun later tonight. Video clips from the show will be released tomorrow morning. Walking Dead cast members making an appearance include Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Danai Gurira, and more.

The Walking Dead returns to AMC for the final episodes for Season 4 on Sunday, February 9, 2014 at 9pm.
