The first official images from Hitman: Agent 47 were released online recently.

The movie was previously called just Agent 47, but, judging by the banner image above, it was decided to add the popular video game franchise’s title to the mix.

Homeland star Rupert Friend stars as the iconic assassin, and you can see more images of the actor as 47 below.

Though he still has a tad too much hair, Friend looks fairly similar to Agent 47. But while the look might be similar, his voice is still up in the air. As mentioned in the past, 47 has a very distinctive voice, so failure to replicate the full persona could be costly. Timothy Olyphant is an excellent actor, but his attempt at bringing the character to the big screen was a failure in multiple ways, especially when it came to his look and sound.

Hitman: Agent 47 is currently slated for a February 27, 2015.
