There’s no doubt that Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron is one of the most highly anticipated movies of the year, but the studio has been giving us very little in the way of footage from the sequel. The first trailer was released back in October with an extended version the next month.
But finally a brand new trailer premiered tonight during the 2015 College Football Playoff National Championship on ESPN, and now it’s online.
Watch the new trailer here below!
While we get to see new footage in this second full trailer, it’s still not what we were shown at the Marvel panel over the Summer at SDCC. What we’re seeing today is a lot more solemn than the first trailer and a lot more focused on Ultron and the damage that’s on its way.
Written and directed by Joss Whedon, Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, which comes to theaters on May 1, 2015, stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Cobie Smulders, Don Cheadle, and Samuel L. Jackson, with Paul Bettany as Vision and James Spader as Ultron.
