| Hailee Steinfeld Offered Kate Bishop Role In Marvel’s ‘Hawkeye’ Series
Marvel Studios’ television productions on Disney+ will be far more connected to the Marvel Cinematic Universe than any of the other shows that came before it. That’s because most of the A-listers will be headlining these shows. One that is of particular interest is Hawkeye, which will draw from Matt Fraction and David Aja‘s series of the same name. In it, Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner) forges a partnership with Kate Bishop, and together they fight for justice. And now, Marvel may have found their Bishop. New reports confirm that an offer has been made to Hailee Steinfeld (Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, True Grit, Bumblebee) to play the role of the young archer who, in the comics, eventually takes up the role of Hawkeye. More on the report below.

Release Date: Aug 13, 2019 Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame marks the end of an 11-year long-form story arc and the continuation of a great comic book movie legacy. These films hold great meaning to those who have been with the franchise since 2008. So to see it all come to a fitting conclusion was a bit sad. That being said, we all know things are never meant to last forever and directors Anthony Russo and Joe Russo were able to give Marvel fans the perfect capper by giving these characters we all know and love a satisfying send-off. Now with Avengers: Endgame on 4K, Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital we can keep those memories alive and watch how it all evolved starting with a billionaire playboy philanthropist. | SDCC 2019: ‘What If’ Marvel Studios Brought Back Your Favorite Heroes and Villains For A New Series
Marvel Studios’ What If…?, which was announced back in March, is a brand new upcoming TV series that will be streamed exclusively on Disney+. The series will expand the Marvel Cinematic Universe in all sorts of new ways by posing the question of “what if?” This really isn’t anything new considering that Marvel Comics has an entire comic line dedicated to hypothetical and alternative stories, like “what if Thanos had joined the Avengers?” or “what if Captain America joined hydra?” And now we have an idea of who will be involved. While at San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige shared some news about the show, which includes announcing that Jeffery Wright will be voicing The Watcher, and various actors and actresses who have appeared in Marvel films who will be reprising their respective roles. More on all of this below.

| SDCC 2019: ‘Hawkeye’ Series Finally Gives Jeremy Renner’s Character A Shot At Being The Lead
Though Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) is one of the founding members of the Marvel Cinematic Universe Avengers, he never really had a major role in it. Yes, that started to change towards the end, but he is remembered as a supporting character. But that will change now that he will be the lead of his own show, simply titled Hawkeye, coming to Disney+ this fall. Though the show isn’t expected to debut until later in 2020, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige took to the stage at San Diego Comic-Con to talk about the upcoming series as well as Kate Bishop, a major character in Matt Fraction and David Aja’s comic series Hawkeye #1 (December 2016). In it, Barton found himself semi-retired and teaching Young Avenger Kate Bishop the ropes of being a skillful archer. More below.
