Boy oh boy, don’t we all wish we could have been there to witness last night’s truly spectacular Star Wars: The Force AwakensSan Diego Comic-Con panel that featured surprise guests (f*** yeah Harrison Ford!), a wonderful behind-the-scenes video, and concluded with a concert and fireworks display?
Wish no longer, my friends, because Flicks and the City has uploaded the full 61-minute panel moderated by Chris Hardwick to their YouTube channel and now we can all watch for free what many had to wait in line for a day to behold in person.
You can check it out here below.
There’s nothing more to be said except the marketing campaign for The Force Awakens has also awakened my faith in the future of the Star Wars franchise. Each trailer looks better than the last. The emphasis on practical effects will definitely help make J.J. Abrams‘ directorial voyage through George Lucas‘ expansive cinematic playground stand head and shoulders above the prequel trilogy. The cast looked to have had a great time making it.
I’m not getting excited for this movie anymore; it is not possible for me to get any more excited than I am right now. That could very well change.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens in theaters on December 18, 2015.
