Air Date: Tuesday, October 13th, 2015, 9pm Last week on Scream Queens Zayday (Keke Palmer) was kidnapped by the Red Devil and we were given a peek at who might be the baby born in a bloody tub during the Kappa party 20 years earlier. Zayday had intentions on running for Kappa president much to chagrin of Chanel (Emma Roberts). In response, Chanel and her Chanels have planned the biggest Halloween gala ever, a pumpkin patch to fight the dreaded Black Hairy Tongue disease (yep), which we feature both a Shining-style lawn maze and the Chanels dressed as the wives of assassinated presidents. Before any of this can take place though, Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) holds court at Kappa House to unveil some terrible news; she’s closing the beaches… sorry, campus, I meant campus. The scene riffs on Jaws with the great Chad Radwell (Glen Powell) doing his best Quint impression. Ok, maybe Quint plus John Belushi’s Bluto. “As our great 60th President John Kennedy Jr. said, “˜the only thing we have to fear is fear itself'” Spoilers below.

In August, during the TCAs, Fox was negotiating a deal with Marvel to produce X-Men TV shows, following Marvel’s success with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Agent Carter, and The CW’s Arrow and The Flash for Warner Bros. Television. Fox currently has Gotham, the Batman prequel that centers on James Gordon’s early career as a Gotham City detective and a young Bruce Wayne’s journey to becoming the Dark Knight. But it appears the studio wants more, and is going to dip into a Marvel property that they already own. A new report says that Fox has made some in-house hires to work on two TV series: one centered on Professor X’s son called Legion, and another on the villainous Hellfire Club called Hellfire. They will also be working with Marvel on these two X-Men shows. More on the story below.
