| SDCC 2019: Disney+’s ‘Loki’ Will Bring Back The God Of Mischief
Everyone’s fan-favorite Marvel Cinematic Universe anti-hero and occasional villain Loki (Tom Hiddleston) will be making a move to the small screen in the upcoming series Loki. It was announced last year that Loki will be appearing in a show coming to Disney+, Disney’s exclusive streaming series. While there has been some wild speculations and unconfirmed rumors on what we could see in the show and how the character will function in it, it seems that Avengers: Endgame laid out all the groundwork for the series. | Disney+’s Loki Series Hires ‘Rick and Morty’ Writer As Showrunner
Disney’s shows for its upcoming streaming service, Disney+, are already shaping up to be something worth watching, especially on the Marvel front. And now one writer behind a very hilarious show is being brought in to act as showrunner for one of them. According to various reports, Rick and Morty writer Michael Waldron will be the showrunner for the untitled Loki show. A nice pairing when you think about it considering all of the humor the Adult Swim show is known for and Loki’s penchant for mischief. More on the report below.

| Disney’s Streaming Service To Be Called Disney+; 2nd ‘Star Wars’ Series and Loki Series Confirmed
Disney’s all new streaming platform hasn’t even launched yet and it is still making huge announcements. The service, which was tentatively titled Disney Play but will now go by Disney+, was formally announced by Disney CEO Bob Iger during a live audio webcast of Disney’s fiscal full year and fourth quarter 2018 financial results. During the event he confirmed a second Star Wars series that will follow Cassian Andor, Diego Luna‘s character in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and a Loki series starring Tom Hiddleston. | ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Ending Is Real; ‘Avengers 4’ Will Have Surprises
A lot of us are still reeling after the ending of Avengers: Infinity War. With a massive superhero ensemble like this, we knew there would be some casualties, but I don’t think any of us were prepared for what Marvel gave us. Obviously, the upcoming sequel will have some of the heroes who didn’t appear in Infinity War make an appearance in Avengers 4, even a certain hero who could only be reached via retro technology. So as many of us are still coping, screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely are talking about how Avengers 4 will not reverse what was done in Infinity War. That ending was real and permanent, they say. But we can expect to see some surprises in Avengers 4. Check out what the two had to say here below.
