| Disney’s Streaming Service To Be Called Disney+; 2nd ‘Star Wars’ Series and Loki Series Confirmed
Disney’s all new streaming platform hasn’t even launched yet and it is still making huge announcements. The service, which was tentatively titled Disney Play but will now go by Disney+, was formally announced by Disney CEO Bob Iger during a live audio webcast of Disney’s fiscal full year and fourth quarter 2018 financial results. During the event he confirmed a second Star Wars series that will follow Cassian Andor, Diego Luna‘s character in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and a Loki series starring Tom Hiddleston. | Rumor: ‘Captain America: Civil War’ Trailer Attached To ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’
It’s been a few months since we saw the footage of Captain America: Civil War at the D23 Expo. At the time there was only about a week’s worth of shooting left before the sequel was completed. Much of what we saw looked pretty polished, and could have been condensed and cut for a trailer. But nothing has been released since then. One might suspect that they would attach the first trailer to a tentpole film, which would make sense since September and October aren’t known for blockbuster films. While there have been rumors that the Civil War trailer would be attached to Spectre, which is in U.K. theaters now but drops in North America next week, there is another one that says it will be attached to none other than Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Because, you know, both Marvel and Lucasfilm are owned by Disney. More on this story below.

| ‘Captain America: Civil War’: Elizabeth Olsen Says Scarlet Witch Is The “Wild Card”Recent Captain America: Civil War promotional images revealed Iron Man and Captain America’s respective teams. Footage shown at D23 Expo also gave us a look at who is siding with who. However, the teams shown in the footage and the promotional images each tell a very different story. One key member is missing from Captain America’s squad. Elizabeth Olsen, who plays Wanda aka Scarlet Witch in the film, says that her character doesn’t really side with any one faction, and calls the Avenger a “wild card.” More on this story below.
