“Have mercy.”
“How rude!”
“You got it dude!”
So now that that’s out of my system… who’s ready for Fuller House? This girl!
Check out the official Netflix trailer below.
We all know that Fuller House is not going to be a show that teases the intellect with its wit. But we are all going to watch.
Why?
Because we will find our childhood smiles, and settle in with this family that we grew up with. The exaggerated one-liners, and exaggerated family values (I better hear some Danny Tanner dad-isms!) were a staple of our Must-See-TV, and the massive syndication made it a fixture for our kids’ “Nick at Nite” as well.
The trailer hits all the points – Uncle Jesse (John Stamos) commenting on their looks, Kimmy Gibbler acting Kimmy (Andrea Barber), Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) being snarky to her… even a call to Michelle to leave, “You got it dude” on the voicemail.
I will be watching with a smile on my face, even when we all break Netflix.
Fuller House airs February 26th on Netflix.
Netflix’s synopsis:
In Fuller House, the adventures that began in 1987 on Full House continue, with veterinarian D.J. Tanner-Fuller (Candace Cameron-Bure) recently widowed and living in San Francisco. D.J.’s younger sister/aspiring musician Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and D.J.’s lifelong best friend/fellow single mother Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber), along with Kimmy’s feisty teenage daughter Ramona, all move in to help take care of D.J.’s three boys “” the rebellious 12-year-old Jackson, neurotic 7-year-old Max and her newborn baby, Tommy Jr.
Fuller House is the long-awaited sequel to the iconic hit series Full House. Created by original Full House creator Jeff Franklin, Fuller House will premiere exclusively across all Netflix territories February 26, 2016.
