Nintendo has released a trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, their biggest Zelda game yet with a massive open world to explore, for E3 2016. We first saw how the game looked back in 2014 at The Game Awards, and again later on that same year for E3 2014.
You can watch the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild trailer below.
The game is looking beautiful. It reminds me a lot of one of my all-time favorites, Shadow of the Colossus. Unfortunately I don’t have a Wii U and buying one just to play one game doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. The last Nintendo game I played was actually The Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past on my old SNES, and I can’t even remember what the last new Nintendo game I played was. But fans of the series who do own a Wii should be delighted with what they see.
As an added bonus, there’s also a Wolf Link amiibo that can be used in Breath of the Wild. A trailer for that has also been released and can be seen below.
Be sure check out the rest of our E3 2016 coverage if you missed anything.

Step into a world of discovery, exploration and adventure in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, a boundary-breaking new game in the acclaimed series. Travel across fields, through forests and to mountain peaks as you discover what has become of the ruined kingdom of Hyrule in this stunning open-air adventure.
Players can tap Wolf Link amiibo to the Wii U GamePad controller, allowing Wolf Link to attack enemies on his own and help players to hunt. He has three hearts, unless players carry over save data from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD. Wolf Link disappears when his hearts run out.
