E3 2016: ‘Prey’ Reveal Trailer

During last week’s Bethesda E3 Showcase, Arkane Studios, the people behind the Dishonored series, teased a new title that none of us were expecting: Prey, a first person sci-fi shooter.
This is not a reboot of the 2006 similarly titled game by Human Head Studios, nor is it related to the Prey 2 sequel that was unfortunately canned. This version of Prey is considered a re-imagining of the original title, and the provided trailer sets a futuristic stage where something inevitably has gone horribly wrong.

E3 2016: ‘Ghost Recon: Wildlands’ Gameplay & Trailer

We saw the reveal trailer for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands at E3 2015. For E3 2016, Ubisoft delivered the first gameplay demo along with a new trailer.
The gameplay demo shows one of the missions you can take on, and how it could go down playing with a few friends. Unfortunately it’s staged, so you have to deal with the awful forced back and forth between the “players” you sometimes get in co-op demos. But it is still a good look at the gameplay and worth watching if you have any interest in this one.
Continue below to watch the gameplay demo and new trailer.

E3 2016: Trailer For First-Person ‘Resident Evil 7’

A trailer was premiered during E3 2016 for the next game in the Resident Evil franchise, titled Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.
This is a legendary third-person survival horror series, so you can imagine some mega-fans’ shock to discover that this latest entry is actually a first-person game. One reason for this could be because developer and publisher Capcom wanted to capitalize on the hunger for first-person horror after seeing the public’s response and subsequent devastation over the announcement and eventual cancellation of Konami’s P.T. demo, AKA Silent Hills from Hideo Kojima. Another definite reason is because of the rise of virtual reality. Resident Evil 7 will have an included mode that allows you to play the game using PlayStation VR.
You can watch the first trailer below.
