To celebrate the recent 50th anniversary of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction and to go along with the release of the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Johnny Depp made a live and in-person appearance as Jack Sparrow at Disneyland Park recently, much to the shock of guests enjoying the ride.

In celebration of the upcoming film, “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales,” some lucky Disneyland park guests got more than they bargained for when Johnny Depp, as Captain Jack Sparrow surprised fans aboard the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales is in theaters May 26 in 3D, RealD 3D and IMAX 3D.
