When we were first introduced to Nintendo’s latest console, Nintendo Switch, last October, one game shown playing on the system surprised many: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
If you’re a fan of Nintendo’s Legend of Zelda series and always wished you could play one of those games that looked more like Skyrim, now you’ll be able to make that fantasy a reality. During Bethesda’s E3 2017 showcase last night, a trailer for Skyrim on Switch was shared. And in it, the player was able to become Link from the Zelda series and set off on the many adventures one can find in the game.
You can check it out below.
While not an official Zelda game or actually Link (it’s more playing dress-up), and though many Switch users are surely still enjoying their time with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, it’s exciting to know that a new group of gamers who may have never played an Elder Scrolls game before will soon get a chance to get lost in that world that brings joy to so many of us, whether they choose to do so dressed as Link or not.
You can pre-order Skyrim for Nintendo Switch over at Amazon now.
Be sure to check out more from E3 2017 if interested!
