Following the release of the nominees for the 2018 Writers Guild Of America Awards, come the nominations for the 2018 Producers Guild Awards. The Big Sick, The Shape Of Water, Get Out, The Post, and Lady Bird are among the biggest names to earn nods, as well as some awards favorites like I, Tonya, Lady Bird, Call Me By Your Name, and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.

However, films like Phantom Thread, The Florida Project, and Logan appear to have been snubbed. But Wonder Woman is continuing to prove that well-crafted comic book films can also be award-contending films. Check out the full list of nominees here below.

Per Variety, “due to a tie in voting among the 8,200 PGA members, there are 11 nominees for the Zanuck award for the first time.” Like many of these guild awards, they often predict which film will end up with the respective awards. Writers Guild Of America for original and adaptive screenplay; Screen Actors Guild for actor and actresses, and supporting actor and actress; and Producers Guild Awards predict which ones would win Best Picture.

In fact, the PGAs have correctly matched the Oscar for Best Picture in 19 of its 28 years. However, La La Land proved to be one of the exceptions last year, as it won the PGA, but lost to Moonlight for Best Picture.
