For anyone who missed it, AMC released an official trailer for their upcoming new series NOS4A2 this past weekend. The supernatural horror series is based on Locke & Key and Horns writer Joe Hill‘s novel of the same name.
The series tells the story of an immortal who feeds on the souls of children and then sends whatever is left of them to a place where it’s Christmas every single day, and the young woman with a gift who poses a threat to him.

SYNOPSIS:
The supernatural horror series NOS4A2, based on Joe Hill’s bestselling novel of the same name, tells the story of Charlie Manx, a seductive immortal who feeds off the souls of children, then deposits what remains of them into Christmasland – an icy, twisted Christmas village of Manx’s imagination where every day is Christmas Day and unhappiness is against the law. Manx finds his whole world threatened when a young woman in New England discovers she has a dangerous gift.
Back when AMC first ordered NOS4A2, Hill had this to say about the news:
“I couldn’t be more excited about the forthcoming adaptation of NOS4A2. I know it’s in good hands with showrunner Jami O’Brien: her beautifully composed scripts show a writer at the height of her powers, one who has an exquisite touch with character and a relentless instinct for suspense. AMC’s record speaks for itself: who wouldn’t want to be in business with the “˜Mad Men’ who “˜Broke Bad’ and made “˜The Dead Walk?’ And Tornante’s dedication to bringing singular visions to TV has freed everyone involved to do their best and truest work. I can’t wait to see Vic McQueen turn the throttle and go after Charlie Manx in 2019. Let’s ride.”
The 10-episode first season of NOS4A2 is set to premiere on AMC on June 2nd.
